Es una empresa l¡der en el mercado de propiedad horizontal, esta no cuenta con un programa de capacitaci¢n que les permita ampliar y actualizar los conocimientos para lograr un mejor desempe¤o laboral y un desarrollo a nivel personal y competencias f¡sicas, tecnol¢gicas y educativas para la generaci¢n de proyectos innovadores.Este trabajo de investigaci¢n permitir establecer si la capacitaci¢n es una herramienta clave para el fortalecimiento de las habilidades y competencias de los trabajadores de SICRE S.A., con ello contribuir al mejoramiento de la calidad del servicio para lograr su posicionamiento como empresa l¡der en el sector a nivel nacional.Los trabajadores podr n fortalecer las competencias necesarias para el adecuado desempe¤o laboral, logrando avances evidentes dentro de la organizaci¢n, reflej ndose en la calidad de la prestaci¢n del servicio a los clientes y su permanente compromiso con la mejora continua.SICRE SA, is a leader company in the real estate market, it does not have a training program that allows them to expand and upgrade the skills for a better job performance and personal development skills at physical, technological and educational for the generation of innovative projects.
