Dissertation note: Trabajo de Grado Abstract: En esta investigaci¢n se podr  comprobar en las dos £nicas  reas que componen esta empresa que son la administrativa y la productiva los siguientes factores que influyen en la implementaci¢n de un programa de salud ocupacional los factores como el compromiso gerencial y los beneficios laborales y econ¢micos y tiempo laboral, planeaci¢n de actividades productivas por parte de la gerencia, pero la gerencia no ser  la £nica comprometida para poder implementar un programa de Salud Ocupacional si no tambi‚n depende del compromiso de los empleados para aprender, cumplir y llevar a cabo el programa que sea implementado. Con lo anterior tanto la gerencia y los empleados podr n prevenir y disminuir riesgos como los accidentes laborales, enfermedades de origen profesional y sanciones econ¢micas y legales, reducci¢n en la rotaci¢n de personal, incapacidades, mal clima laboral y menos productividad con el fin de promover y proteger la salud de los trabajadores y funcionamiento de la empresa. Currently in Colombia in small companies is reflecting and is presenting a high level of labor rights violations, whereby are companies that do not make all the important areas that should have an organization so that they work effectively and are only based on two areas as the administrative and productive; this leads to a chain that affects the occupational of a company is, the health and welfare of employees, these are the human factor the most important factor in a company because they are the people who make the company to be positioned or disappear from but it all depends on the management and its employees.In this case will study work mainly in the following production area Joy Footwear Company in the city of Bogota, in which it identified the factors that influence the implementation of the occupational health program in the area of production.In this research we will see in the only two areas that make up this company which are administrative and productive the following factors that influence the implementation of an occupational health program factors such as management commitment and employee benefits and economic and time labor, productive activity planning by management, but management is not the only committed to implement an occupational health program but also depends on the commitment of employees to learn, perform and carry out the program to be implemented . With the above both management and employees can prevent and reduce risks and accidents, occupational diseases and economic and legal sanctions, reduced staff turnover, disability, poor working environment andlower productivity in order to promote and protect the health of workers and operation of the company.Apart from this the company mainly to fulfill the duties as an employer you have with your employees to establish a legal contract with all affiliations to Health Insurance system of occupational hazards and which are systems that are linked to preventing and controlling the risks physical and psychological that may or present employees in their working hours because of their work activities.
